What does this mean for the customer?
- Pickup/Dropoff options: save on shipping, avoid shipping issues and delays, by choosing to pickup/dropoff your rental gear
- Try the gear: get hands on with the different airbag and beacon options (pending availability)
- Get help: Staff at OER Midwest / NEW Powder Coating know this gear and have been using it for many years. They can make suggestions, answer questions and help make decisions in person.
- Shipping: by shipping from the midwest instead of the northeast shipping delays due to weather and UPS issues will be reduced. Shipping costs to many customers will also be lower.
- More rentals: with faster shipping, less days in transit, and pickup/drop offs we will be able to fill more orders – during the busiest time of the season we will not have to reject rental requests due to availability
What else do I need to know?
- Book your orders online or over the phone as before. Shipping cost calculated at checkout is an estimate and if we can save on shipping by using a closer shipping center your final invoice/charge will be adjusted accordingly
- If you want to pickup and/or dropoff, choose the checkbox during the checkout process. If we are able to accommodate we will let you know and remove any estimated shipping costs calculated during the booking process.
- Drop in rentals will be limited or not available – it is best that you call ahead or book online.
